Just a heads up, for this holiday season, items purchased between 11/24 - 12/25 can be returned for an exchange or refund no later than 1/15/18.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged through wear are not eligible for return.
Once you receive your return label, you must drop off your return within seven days to remain eligible for a return.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process international returns. If you are an international customer and need assistance with your order, please email email@example.com so we can assist you.
We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time. Please understand that we will not provide a refund to account for pricing changes.
No return is available for final sale items including the SALE collection and Mystery Boxes.
